Most leaders I work with don't have a shortage of ideas. They have a shortage of someone who will sit with those ideas properly, push back on the ones that don't hold up and help them decide what to do next.
A Director's Debrief is a single focused session. You bring the question. We work through it.
Who it's for
The session works best for:
- An academy director or technical director working through a structural or strategic decision they haven't been able to resolve internally
- A coaching education founder deciding how to package, position or launch what they've built
- A leader who wants to build a public presence in football development but hasn't worked out what to say or where to start
One session. No obligation to anything further. If a longer engagement makes sense at the end of it, I'll say so plainly. If it doesn't, I'll say that too.
What happens
You'll get 60 minutes on Zoom with me directly. You lead. I ask what needs asking.
I take notes throughout. Within 48 hours you'll receive a short written summary: the core problem as I understood it, the options we identified and the one next step we agreed on.

The session is designed for questions like these: a Category Two academy director deciding whether to build an internal CPD programme or contract it out; a UEFA A licence holder preparing to launch a coaching methodology course and unsure how to position it; a technical director at a WSL club who wants to start publishing on LinkedIn but has no framework for what to write.
